Upgrade your browser today or install Google Chrome Frame to better experience this site.I just spent the last 3 hours trying to get a working driver for an ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 installed on an old Dell Inspiron running Windows 10-64bit.None of the links on discussion blogs seem to work anymore, and the WDM only driver from AMD did not actually contain any driver (as far as I could tell) Here are the steps I followed to get the driver to install: Download from DROPBOX or.I just went for the express settings, since, on Windows 10 it does not actually install the driver anyway.
Alternatively you can use a program like 7zip to extract the package without installing, but I like having the Control Center installed. After installing, open up Device Manager, and under Display Adapters, find the one titled Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
